Just a warning, but if your affection levels for Feliar and/or Vicoria aren't high enough when standing against Mirage, then one or both of them will perma-die respectively.

Honestly Feliar might be even more best boy than before. I was kind of hoping we could finally get a heart with him. u.u

Is there any way to increase Tank's like level while in Redwood? It's a requirement for resting with him but as far as I know there's no way to boost it once he's there.

It isn't mentioned in the quest diary at all for some reason, but you need to complete everything in the Bareshade Expansion quest (fair, new houses, watchtower) for the "I owe you a beer" event.

I can't seem to trigger Logan's "I owe you a beer" event despite having seemingly completed all of the prerequisites and sleeping/relaxing at the protagonist's house in Bareshade like a hundred times. Is it just outright glitched or something?

Edit: I figured it out. It isn't mentioned in the prerequisites but everything needs to be completed in the Bareshade Expansion quest in order to trigger Logan coming over. So for me I had the fair and houses built, but not the watchtower.

When one is misogynistic to the point they can't bear the existence of females in the game they're playing so they just want to "turn off" any female characters with a switch.

So much for releasing it within the span of those two weeks. :>

Without going into a huge wall of text, damn this is insanely good. Hands down my favourite VN, especially with the latest chapter being so amazing. Caelan is an incredible protagonist, his character and role in the story are ingenious. I'm genuinely hyped to see how this progresses.

I think you underestimate how oblivious, simple-minded, and media illiterate people can be. I've seen people slander Caelan as:

1. useless (presumably because he isn't a muscle-for-brains himbo warrior like the wolves), despite being the sole catalyst to Vulgor's character development, consoling Verissa, befriending Tryst and making him more objective towards matters, befriending one of the elders (without even using words no less), and -as of chapter 13- convincing Ranok to stop being an illogical ass hole, as well as single-handedly stopping Ranok's rude brashness from clowning himself and his tribe by getting the trading agreement and befriending the magistrate, and he still manages to point out to and convince Ranok that Vithyr's behaviour is extremely questionable (and he does all of this despite his unfortunate circumstances).

and 2. a whiny crybaby, because he got depressed at being psychologically tormented by whatever thing is inside of him (and having no memories, and almost being killed several times, and being stuck in a largely cruel and barbaric tribe who largely wants him dead for existing, and being looked down on by literally everyone, and generally treated like shit by everyone who wasn't Ranok/Verissa/Cora, and low-key being emotionally abused by Ranok through almost the entire story until now).

I can almost guarantee that the same people throwing this clueless slander didn't see the clear signs that Caelan's true strength lies in his words (diplomacy) and his good heart. Without going into it too much, his character is ingenious and is a god-tier protagonist; his feminine, candid, forgiving, and understanding nature contrasts so well with other characters. He serves not only as a catalyst for the plot, but also for individual character developments as a foil character.

I think it's been adequately illustrated in this chapter that the dumb himbo wolves aren't quite as smart as they think they are. :p

Period. Caelan (and the leathermaker and the magistrate) cleared him good and proper, and I love that for them.

Ranok's rude brashness makes for some very amusing dialogue, especially with his poor lingual abilities (Very urgent. Much Diplomacy. Wow.)

Given how Dunkey virtually only brings attention to games that are pretty mainstream and already super popular, I'd imagine that would be quite unlikely.

Gave me depression and anxiety, 10/10 storytelling. Receipts weren't adding up so I saw the first big twist coming, but it ate me up good anyway. The soundtrack sets the vibe nicely too. Absolutely looking forward to the rest of the story. :>

Also, praying for Cyrus' full head of hair to make a swift recovery. 🙏😩

Same. This rather bothered me too, a lot of quest progress in Bareshade is locked behind romancing Bernard and I was kind of aiming more for Logan or Caleb. ._.

This. I'm so glad it let's you play a woman and I love the game for it. Games like this are extremely hard to come by.
